As part of our expansion strategy in Japan, our recent trip to Interpets Osaka, held from September 20-22, was both exciting and insightful. As one of the largest international trade fairs for the pet industry, it provided an ideal platform to explore the latest trends and innovations in pet care. During our visit, we had the opportunity to engage with leading companies such as Nippon Pet, Inaba, and Doggyman, as well as several emerging brands shaping the future of the industry.
A key takeaway from the event was the deep connection people have with their pets, with the 'humanization' of pets reaching new heights. Pet owners in Japan are increasingly focused on providing the highest quality care for their companions—ranging from premium clothing and advanced gear to top-tier food, and even skin-lifting therapies for pets! This strong emphasis on quality aligns seamlessly with SEADLING’s mission to deliver premium, natural seaweed-based ingredients that enhance pet food formulations.
